Services

Concept

In response to the client's brief a concept scheme is created for discussion. This will be presented in the form of draft layouts showing space utilisation, any structural modifications and furniture layouts. We produce mood boards to demonstrate colour schemes, wall and window treatments along with options for fabrics and finishes. At this stage we produce a draft cost plan which includes provisional sums for any works along with an outline programme.

Design

We need to know and understand our clients, their lifestyles and expectations for their home, to be able to create environments that reflect their unique personalities and are tailored specifically to their needs. Our clients are involved in every step of the process and we help them to visualize the final outcome with drawings and renderings of each space. We collaborate closely with architects, fabricators, artisans and other professional consultants to assure that all of the projects run smoothly, cost‐effectively and are completed in a timely manner.

Construction

Interior designers make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. They read blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations.

Installation

Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories. Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings. Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents. Plan and design interior environments for boats, planes, buses, trains, and other enclosed spaces.
